Job Summary

TalentCru is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to provide technical support to internal stakeholders and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Analyze and document technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical support or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
