Job Title: Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Persona Staff. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for handling all inbound sales queries and orders, assisting customers face-to-face, telephonically, and via email, and verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling of all inbound sales queries and orders
  • Assisting customers face-to-face, telephonically, and via email
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
  • Data capturing onto internal computer system
  • Quotes to existing and potential clients
  • Informing clients of stock availability, stock alternatives, and lead times
  • Accurate invoicing to clients
  • Expediting orders through internal liaison
  • Time management and delivering timeous responses to customer's requests
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if required
Requirements:
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Computer proficiency – MS Office
  • A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Must be able to perform under pressure
  • Driver's license with own reliable transport would be advantageous
