Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain in-house software applications.

- Support the rollout of new applications and maintain level 1 support.
- Resolve tickets promptly and maintain accurate master data.
- Provide feedback on system enhancements and occasionally visit customer sites.
- Matric or equivalent qualification.
- Degree, diploma, or certification in IT or related studies preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT helpdesk environment.
- Strong SQL knowledge and familiarity with remote software.
- A driver's license and own vehicle are required.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems, multitask, and prioritize tasks.
- Customer service orientation and strong teamwork skills.
