Job Title: Administrative Assistant to Sales Manager

Rory Mackie & Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Sales team. As an Administrative Assistant to the Sales Manager, you will provide critical support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager, including preparing reports, managing databases, and coordinating meetings.
  • Liaise with sales representatives, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of pricing change sheets, billings, and other sales-related documents.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reside in Northern Suburbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in dealing with buyers, planners, and stores.
  • Knowledge of computers and electronics, including MS Office applications.
