Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound dials and calls to promote the services of our clients
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by effectively communicating the benefits of our clients' offerings
  • Update the CRM routinely to ensure accurate records in line with company SOPs
  • Identify sales opportunities and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders through training and practical role play sessions

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum two years of previous outbound dialing experience in telesales or customer service
  • Matric certificate required
  • Fully work from home setup essential with a headset and video camera for team meetings
  • Afrikaans language proficiency is essential
