Job Opportunity: Broker Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Broker Support Administrator to join our team at Intellisure Insurance Brokers in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to our insurance brokers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including client information and policy details.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of recent experience as a short-term insurance broker in a small office.
  • Extensive knowledge in at least two of the following areas: commercial insurance, personal insurance, or claims management.
  • Excellent computer literacy, with proficiency in Excel and other software applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think laterally and work accurately.
  • Qualifications above NQF Level 5 or extensive experience in the industry as a short-term insurance broker.
