Medical Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Receptionist to join our client's team. This role requires an individual who is fully bilingual, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has excellent customer service skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including welcoming patients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments and maintaining the smooth running of the reception area.

This role offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic and supportive team at Quality Select Recruitment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Full understanding of debtors control, stock management and account management
  • Administrative duties and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Good computer skills and ability to multitask

Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting, is beneficial. If you have experience with medical aids, it would also be advantageous. We are looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
