Job Title: Greek Speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service and sales representative to join our team. As a Greek speaking representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the airline industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in Greek and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Greek
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Greek language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
What We Offer:
- Fully paid product and systems training
- 4 weeks of fully paid training
- Probation period: 4 months
Working Hours: 40 hours per week at 8-9 hours shifts per day - Rotational shifts Mondays – Sundays includes & public holidays as operationally required.
