Airline Brand Ambassador for Greek Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the RoleThis prestigious opportunity offers a unique chance to work with a leading airline brand on various work streams, handling passenger queries in Greek and English languages. As a full-time/Permanent representative, you will be based in Cape Town, South Africa, with fully remote working options available.
Job DescriptionAs an Airline Brand Ambassador, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing assistance to passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department
- Working on airline reservations systems and handling voice calls in English and Greek, including written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native-level fluency in Greek language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost (no Wireless connections accepted)
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted)
We provide fully paid product and systems training, a 4-week training period, and a comprehensive probation period of 4 months. You will have the opportunity to work with a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment while meeting specific key performance indicators and client service levels.
