Rohloff Group seeks an HR Administrator Lead to oversee all HR administrative functions within the Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) and Above Store Leader (ASL) space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve internal staff movements, create RSC staff movements, and terminations.
  • Process injury on duty claims, submit yearly employment records, manage statutory and other leave, administer debt agreements, and offboarding administration.
  • Coordinate employee relocations, update positions in Payspace, perform adhoc admin tasks, administer onboarding, and update personal info.
  • Oversee monthly performance reviews, assist with Talent & Culture Department audits, manage the T&C Admin team, streamline admin processes, prepare monthly lunch menu, and organize year-end function.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Social Sciences, or Employee Relations.
  • Valid South African ID and no criminal record.
  • Experience with PaySpace Payroll systems is an advantage, as well as minimum 2-3 years in a similar role and leadership experience.
Estimated Salary Range:

R200,000 - R250,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
