Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Attendant to join our team at Bright Placements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online and phone reservations, welcoming guests, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering guests and collecting necessary information
- Managing online and phone reservations
- Providing information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Liaising with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and fully furnished
- Confirming group reservations and arranging personalized services for VIP customers
Requirements:
- Prior work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar role
- Experience in hotel reservations software
- Strong understanding of travel planning websites like Booking and TripAdvisor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
