Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of guest information
  • Provide personalized services to guests, including room assignments and amenities information
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and fully furnished to meet guest needs
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees
  • Upsell additional facilities and services as appropriate, maintaining updated records of bookings and payments
Requirements:
  • Prior work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar role
  • Experience in hotel reservations software and a strong understanding of travel planning websites like Booking and TripAdvisor
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a customer service-oriented attitude
  • A degree in hotel management is a plus
