At People Dimension, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and COO in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: You will be responsible for scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO and COO, ensuring that their calendars are up-to-date and that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Communication and Correspondence: You will handle all correspondence on behalf of the CEO and COO, including emails, letters, and other written communications.
  • Record Keeping and Administration: You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all meetings, appointments, and correspondence, as well as perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Travel Arrangements: You will be responsible for making travel arrangements for the CEO and COO, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
  • Administrative Experience: You must have at least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or executive-level setting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with senior-level executives.
  • Organizational Skills: You must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
