Job Title: Presales - GRC Rosebank

Our client, a leading technology partner in South Africa, is seeking a highly skilled Presales Consultant to join their team. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients leverage the power of GRC technology to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead solution designs, presentations, and demonstrations to prospects and customers, owning the product and technical aspects of sales engagements to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other content contributors and resources.
  • Proactively scope the solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers' met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for the customer.
  • Contextualize the value of our solutions to our clients through value-driven presentations and demonstrations.
  • Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
  • Secure input from all necessary solution stakeholders within our company and the prospect, adapting solutions as necessary to ensure appropriate support.
  • Own and complete product and information security responses for RFPs/RFIs.
  • Secure from customer staff commitments needed to ensure a deal's technical win.
  • Meet assigned targets for sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channel, or other teams supported.
  • Provide coaching and professional development to team members and sales colleagues to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate expertise across Diligent solutions to qualify or win deals.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Partner with sales teams and maintain a productive and positive relationship.
  • Contribute to team sales quotas.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
  • Self-enable, rapidly acquiring new technical skills and domain knowledge.
  • Maintain strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally through various means.

Education & Qualifications:
  • Matric certificate.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Details of Experience:
  • At least three years of experience in a presales consulting role, preferably software solutions.
  • Excellent presentation abilities to all levels in a business, i.e., Tech/C-level.
  • Ideally have experience in the GRC software implementation space.

Working Environment & Travel:

Exceptionally busy team-oriented environment. This role could require some travel nationally. A driver's license and own transport are essential.

Working hours: 07h30 - 16h00 or 08h00 - 16h30 or 08h30 - 17h00

Benefits:

R60k - R75k Basic commission OTE R1.2m - R1.5m
