Job Title: CRM Presales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Presales Consultant to join our team at Deka Minas (Pty) Ltd. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in collaborating with our sales teams to create solutions and drive business closures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through engagement, acquisition, and onboarding.
  • Present and demonstrate end-to-end product capabilities to key stakeholders.
  • Develop Solution Documents, Business Proposals, and respond to RFQs/RFPs to support sales teams in negotiating contracts and driving deal closures.
  • Understand customer software and tool ecosystems to identify optimal solutions.
  • Assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions through collaboration with client POCs, sales teams, product/technology teams, delivery teams, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates and pitch them effectively to clients based on their requirements.
  • Gain knowledge of the competition landscape and their offerings across various domains and regions.
  • Provide feedback to product development, delivery teams, and sales teams on new trends and solution expectations from customers.
  • Engage with technology, delivery, partners, and 3rd-party vendors to drive innovations and enhancements to products/platforms.
  • Follow best practices and drive process efficiencies, automations, and technology innovations.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and partners to explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Participate in Knowledge Sharing Sessions and Trainings for internal teams and partners.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in Pre-sales roles, preferably in Manufacturing/Automotive/Healthcare/Real estate domains or CRM product organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills addressing client pain points.
  • High degree of expertise in making presentations/proposals and contracts with good commercial sense.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and quick prototyping/proof-of-concept-creation skills.
  • Good exposure and experience in creating business/commercial proposals and responding to RFQs/RFPs.
  • Passionate about customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to grasp new technologies and drive executions quickly.
  • Good understanding of cloud-based platforms/applications delivery and consumption.
  • Good understanding of unique features and challenges of SaaS applications (web and mobile).
  • Results-driven with quality focus and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent work ethics and team player/collaborator.
