Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects within our organization. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to governance standards and managing all aspects of project documentation and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring all objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Governance: Apply knowledge of project governance to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Documentation: Manage project documentation, including specifications, closeout documents, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • ERP Systems: Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to track and manage project activities and resources.
  • SharePoint: Maintain and manage project documentation using Microsoft SharePoint or an equivalent document management system.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare and present detailed project reports to management and key stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements within project workflows, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Relevant degree or certification in Project Management, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management, with a focus on managing large projects in multi-disciplinary environments.
  • Systems Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, SAP, or other ERP systems.
  • Project Administration Expertise: Proven ability to use and maintain complex project administration systems, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project documentation.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
