We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at Network Recruitment. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing pricing trends, developing and implementing pricing strategies, and designing innovative pricing models to ensure that our company remains competitive in the market.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Pricing Strategy & Analysis:
Developing and implementing effective pricing strategies that align with company goals and market demands is a critical component of this role. You will analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for business growth, and design and manage pricing models to maximize profitability and market penetration.
">Commercial & Financial Duties:
">- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Working closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams is essential to drive commercial initiatives and optimize revenue streams. You will collaborate to align pricing strategies with overall business objectives, prepare detailed pricing proposals, and manage commercial negotiations and pricing agreements with customers and partners.
">Performance & Reporting:
">- Tracking Performance:
You will track the performance of pricing strategies and adjust based on key performance indicators (KPIs). Regular reports and analysis on pricing trends, competitive landscape, and revenue growth will be provided to ensure all commercial activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
">Requirements:
">- Education:
A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
">- Experience:
Proven experience in a commercial management role, preferably in the telematics, technology, or related industry, is essential.
">- Skills & Qualifications:
Strong understanding of pricing strategy, market analysis, and financial modeling is necessary. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are also required. Additionally, proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools, as well as strong project management and organizational skills, are highly valued.
