Agricultural Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Regional Sales Manager to join MASA Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd and drive sales revenue growth in the farm division. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing the farm business, focusing on sales revenue and market share growth
- Reviewing and making recommendations on policies, processes, and procedures for sales function
- Consulting with dealership team on sales, leads, sourcing strategies
- Introducing best sales practices to minimize costs
- Continuously developing networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of customers
- Researching competitors and suggesting appropriate pricing and promotional activities
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships, marketing, aftersales, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring delivery of sales required
- Planning and forecasting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly through effective management of stock orders, back orders, and retail orders
- Ensuring customer and dealer satisfaction
- Planning and communicating sales targets in advance to enhance dealer relationship
- Scheduling forecasting activities
Requirements:
- At least 8 years work experience within an automotive Farm/Agri sector
- Clear understanding of dealership functioning
- Proven track record of sales and revenue generation activities
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies, forecasting, and relationship building
- General degree essential
- Excellent communication skills
