We are seeking an exceptional Executive New Vehicle Sales Director to lead our sales team at Gap Consulting. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth. They will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with clients, build brand loyalty, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and build brand loyalty
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform decision-making
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in new vehicle sales management within the motor industry
  • A Grade 12 qualification is essential
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Strong asset and stock controlling skills
  • The ability to work in a corporate dealer group environment
  • Specific brand experience (to be discussed during screening interview)

Salary and Benefits

The salary structure for this role includes a basic salary of R30,000 based on experience, as well as incentives (average R30,000 to R40,000 per month), benefits, a company vehicle, and fuel allowance.
