This is a key management role at our passenger vehicle dealership in Pretoria. We are seeking an experienced manager who can attract clients, provide excellent customer service, motivate staff, control costs, and maintain high levels of sales on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and retention to meet sales forecast
  • Developing the sales organization to meet sales and profitability objectives
  • Ensuring optimum stock levels of cars on premises
  • Controlling costs to budget within the department
  • Reviewing pricing policies and ensuring adequate stocks of car and product display material
  • Monitoring sales department financial performance weekly
  • Ensuring customer complaints are handled effectively

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Minimum 3 years in a Premium Brand Managerial Position within the motor vehicle industry
  • Sales tertiary qualification is an added advantage
  • Clear Criminal Record and valid Driver's Licence
