Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Generate new leads, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, coordinate sales efforts, and drive collective success
  • Data Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

We offer a competitive salary of R550,000 - R650,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career development opportunities.
