Account Development Manager

HR Supreme is seeking an experienced Account Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Generate new leads, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales objectives
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, coordinate sales efforts, and drive collective success
- Data Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
We offer a competitive salary of R550,000 - R650,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and career development opportunities.
