We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Representative to join our team at West Coast Personnel.

As an Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, responding to inquiries, and providing updates on project progress. This role also involves coordinating projects between internal teams and the client, ensuring deadlines are met, and deliverables are of high quality.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research and gathering data on the industry relevant to the company
  • Analyzing competitor activity to provide insights for client strategies
  • Assisting in maintaining client files and managing schedules
  • Organizing meetings and handling paperwork related to client accounts
  • Participating in building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders through regular communication and networking efforts
  • Offering creative ideas and solutions to meet client objectives and enhance their brand presence
