This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing first-level technical support and escalating unresolved queries.
  2. Tracking, routing, and redirecting problems to the correct resources.
  3. Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues and advising users on appropriate actions.
  4. Setting up new user accounts, profiles, and configuring workstations and applications.
  5. Installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software.
