- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the relevant personnel while taking messages when necessary.
- Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as required by different departments.
- Sort, distribute, and respond to incoming emails, letters, and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times, reflecting positively on the company.
- Provide ad-hoc support to various departments, utilizing strong communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
