  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the relevant personnel while taking messages when necessary.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as required by different departments.
  • Sort, distribute, and respond to incoming emails, letters, and deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times, reflecting positively on the company.

Requirements:
