Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the international insurance technology and fintech sectors. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both the insurance and financial technology landscapes, coupled with a passion for innovation.

This role will focus on identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic alliances, and driving initiatives that enhance our presence and impact globally. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the insurance technology and fintech sectors.
  • Strategic Partnership Building: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance providers, fintech companies, and industry influencers to create strategic alliances.
  • Business Development Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth on a global scale.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking, conferences, and industry events.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer acquisition. Provide insights and support for complex sales negotiations and proposals.
  • Product Development Collaboration: Work with the product development team to relay market feedback and ensure our digital ecosystem continues to meet and exceed market expectations.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Xa Group at industry events, conferences, and seminars, establishing our brand as a leader in the insurance technology space.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with our offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development, preferably within the insurance technology or fintech sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and achieving business growth objectives.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
