As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing a strategic approach to growing the B2C channel, working closely with distributors and resellers to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and profitability of the B2C lubes business in Africa.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors/resellers to ensure alignment with Puma Energy's global lubricants strategy.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors/resellers to discuss progress, identify areas for improvement, and set goals for future growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support the growth of the B2C lubes business.
  • Ensure consistent pricing structure for lubricants across the B2C and Retail segments.
  • Develop and implement processes to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the B2C lubes business.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the Lubricants business.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships with distributors/resellers.
