About the Role
Puma Energy seeks a seasoned professional to drive the growth and profitability of its B2C lubes business in Africa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing a strategic approach to growing the B2C channel, working closely with distributors and resellers to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and profitability of the B2C lubes business in Africa.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors/resellers to ensure alignment with Puma Energy's global lubricants strategy.
- Conduct regular business reviews with distributors/resellers to discuss progress, identify areas for improvement, and set goals for future growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support the growth of the B2C lubes business.
- Ensure consistent pricing structure for lubricants across the B2C and Retail segments.
- Develop and implement processes to monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the B2C lubes business.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Lubricants business.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong experience in building and maintaining relationships with distributors/resellers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
