About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team at HR Genie. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including case studies, speeches, articles, annual reports, flyers, newsletters, brochures, blogs, banners, etc.
  • Brand Voice: Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content channels, ensuring tone, style, and language align with our organization's values.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and update our social media presence, creating engaging content that drives user interaction and builds our community.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to increase web traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in the financial services industry.
  • Languages: Excellent business communication skills in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Skills: Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with keyword placement and SEO.
