Infinity Brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Administrator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across multiple brands we manage, developing skills in human resources, employee relations, and business operations.

Franchise Support
The successful candidate will provide HR guidance and support tailored to franchise needs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. They will conduct HR audits for franchise stores, facilitate communication between the corporate HR team and franchisees, and offer advice on handling employee relations issues within franchises.
New Store Support
This role involves supporting the HR needs of new franchise stores during their initial six months. The ideal candidate will assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new store staff, conduct training sessions for new franchise employees, and monitor the performance and integration of new hires in franchise stores.
Industrial Relations
The HR Administrator will manage employee relations issues within franchise stores, advise franchisees on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, and ensure franchise compliance with labor laws and collective agreements. They will handle grievances and escalated HR issues within franchise stores and provide guidance on employment contracts and terms of employment.
Reporting
The successful candidate will generate HR reports for franchisees, including turnover and absenteeism, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and report on the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives for franchises.
