About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef and Operations Director to join our team at Restaurant Careers in Parkhurst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management.
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • To manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • To lead a team of chefs, kitchen staff, and front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, costing, and purchasing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
