Account Manager - FMCG

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Frogg Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular progress reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 35 years of experience as a Key Accounts Manager in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Shoprite/Checkers Dischem and Spar key accounts at Gauteng Regional Buying level.
  • Industry-related problemsolving and negotiation skills.
