About the Role

The Senior Client Associate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging their business acumen to identify opportunities and develop strategic solutions for clients. This individual contributor position requires a strong understanding of general business principles and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Growth: Utilize business acumen to uncover client needs and identify opportunities for Epsilon solutions to drive revenue growth.
  2. Client Management: Coordinate internal resources to prepare and deliver objective-based solutions for clients, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  3. Sales Opportunities: Create and deliver customized sales opportunities that address client compelling events and help them meet their business goals.
  4. Account Management: Effectively facilitate day-to-day management of accounts both internally and externally, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key marketing, merchandising, and media decision makers within client organizations, understanding their landscape and gaining account penetration.
  6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close contracts with client key decision makers, ensuring successful deal closure.
Requirements
  • 7+ Years of Professional Sales & Marketing Business Experience.
  • Multi-disciplined marketer with expertise across channels; online, direct mail, catalog, newspaper.
  • Self-motivated with ability to identify opportunities, sell new business, and close sales.
  • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate communications strategy directly to those client objectives within display advertising.
  • Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling.
  • Strong business and strategic planning acumen.
  • Solid quantitative background with understanding of analytic tools and techniques.
  • Understanding of marketing program design, execution, and measurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Effective communication across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Works well in a team/highly collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated Sales & Business Development Experience.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Microsoft Office and Sales Management software (i.e. Salesforce.com).
  • BA/BS with strong academic record - Preferred Not Required.
Qualifications
  • Digital Media Solutions Experience.
  • Digital Advertising.
  • Excel Analytics - Ability to take data from Excel and tell a story with it.
  • Relevant AdTech experience.
