Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with Vendor Managers and essential retail category functions to establish priorities and operational objectives based on vendor requirements.
  • Lead a team of Associate Vendor Managers, driving the joint business plans for our most strategic vendors and ensuring substantial business outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and training to Associate Vendor Managers on Amazon's mechanisms, processes, tools, and relevant business topics, fostering the development of essential skills within the team.
  • Support business operations by auditing daily activities and driving optimization of key business metrics.
  • Regularly assess metrics to enhance the quality of both vendor and employee experiences across various sub-categories.
  • Oversee significant business areas within your category, maximizing results at scale.
  • Engage with Amazon AVS teams in other regions to influence program development through scaling and efficiency initiatives.
  • Encourage vendor engagement with Amazon programs.
  • Develop talent within the team to create a robust talent pool for Amazon.

Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in retail or KPI-driven business/sales roles.
  • Proven experience in leading multifunctional teams and nurturing people managers in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Ability to lead through a team while also being hands-on to deliver impactful results.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • Extensive experience in retail, particularly in fashion and consumer goods, or in consulting (minimum of 3 years).
