We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Admin Clerk to support our team at Berg Imogen. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal documentation, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage internal documentation and maintain accurate records
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Perform data entry, filing, and organizing schedules
- Handle internal communications and correspondence
- Collaborate with the production team and procurement department
- Post-matric qualifications are preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Pastel Accounting Software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
