Job Title: Executive Administrative Coordinator for Underwriting Team

About HR Genie
We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our underwriting team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for the right individual to take on new challenges, develop their skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Salary: R 40,000 - R 60,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
This position requires an exceptional administrative professional with expertise in managing multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external contacts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the underwriting team, including receiving and processing new leads, entering details into the system accurately, generating quotes, and performing general administrative tasks.
  • Compliance and Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures, maintain confidentiality and privacy policies, and follow up on any missing or outstanding information.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Qualifications: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent, basic computer literacy, and proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
  • Experience: Previous experience in short-term insurance underwriting or administration is beneficial.
