We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Insurance Administration Coordinator to join our team at HR Genie.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of R 350,000 - R 400,000 per annum.

Job Description
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the underwriting team by receiving and processing new leads, entering and organizing details into the system accurately, generating quotes, and performing general administrative tasks.
  • Compliance and Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to established protocols and procedures in performing tasks, maintain confidentiality and privacy policies, and follow up on any missing or outstanding information.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Liaise with internal team members and external contacts to ensure a smooth quote process, provide updates and support to the underwriting department as required, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in short-term insurance underwriting or administration is beneficial.
  • Proficient in English and Afrikaans.
