Responsibilities
  • Interview the customer, following a multilevel sales script, to clarify the customer's requirements.
  • Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships. Provide a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
  • Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.

You will work closely with our customers to identify potential sales opportunities and create solutions to meet their needs. Your skills in communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building will be essential in this role.

To succeed in this position, you will require a Matriculation Certificate (Matric) and excellent analytical skills. You must be able to demonstrate understanding of the importance of data exploration and inputting data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
