Job Description:

This key role will oversee both the marketing strategy and administrative functions of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of marketing expertise and administrative acumen to drive our company's growth and operational efficiency.

In this role, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and enhance brand visibility.
  2. Oversight of brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
  3. Leadership of digital marketing initiatives including website management, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
  4. Drive content strategy and development for various marketing materials including website content, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
  7. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenses.
  8. Oversight of administrative functions including office management, procurement, vendor management, and facilities maintenance.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the marketing and administrative functions.
  10. Provide high-level administrative support to the directors, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and handling correspondence.
