As a Customer Support Technician, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Efficiently resolving customer issues, minimizing time and effort required for resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with Team Leads and reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Service Levels.
To succeed in this role, you must effectively balance personal strengths and skill sets, receive constructive coaching, and make customers happy.
What We Require- A high school diploma or equivalent education.
- At least one year of experience in a call center setting.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- An English language proficiency level of B2 or above.
