We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Operations Coordinator to manage and maintain various administrative tasks, provide data entry, documentation, and organizational support, as well as schedule appointments and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain various administrative tasks remotely;
  • Provide data entry, documentation, and organizational support;
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings;
  • Respond and communicate with clients and customers through phone and email;
  • Utilize various software and tools to complete administrative tasks;
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all sensitive information;
  • Manage and maintain various databases and records;
  • Provide support to team members and management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a remote admin or similar role;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Proficiency in using remote access tools and applications;
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and security protocols;
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely;
  • Good time-management and organizational skills;
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
