We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO and COO, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects. JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate communications and handle confidential information
  • Provide administrative support, preparing reports, presentations, and documents as required
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Organise and maintain accurate records and files
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
