Production Administrator Role

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled Production Administrator to support the production team in Johannesburg. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate with various departments to ensure efficiency
  • Analyze productivity through job cards and identify areas for improvement
  • Review production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate orders with the dispatch department and loading teams
  • Prepare monthly production reports and analyze cost-effectiveness of production processes
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (Afrikaans & English) with excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and 3+ years' experience in a similar role or production coordination
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High regard for quality assurance and strong understanding of production planning and coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and ability to manage multiple projects/orders
