Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at People Dimension. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our project managers and contribute to the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential documents and information.
    • Process and analyze data on Excel spreadsheets.
  • Project Assistance
    • Provide administrative support to project managers, including responding to queries and following up on actions.
    • Assist with the maintenance of production planning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
    • Liaise with internal teams, including project managers, production teams, procurement, and quality assurance.
  • Operations Support
    • Implement and maintain the outstanding queries report.
    • Load RFQs and NOIs into the system.
    • Run MRP reports and analyze data.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a clerical or administration role.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
    • Strong record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
    • Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
