Production Administrator Role

Hire Resolve is partnering with a reputable company in Johannesburg to find a skilled Production Administrator to support their production team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate with various departments to ensure efficiency
  • Analyze productivity through job cards and identify areas for improvement
  • Review production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate orders with the dispatch department and loading teams
  • Prepare monthly production reports and analyze cost-effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) with excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and ability to manage multiple projects/orders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
