Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement plans to meet business requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability of products, and negotiating prices and delivery terms.
  • Order Management: Place and manage orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on procurement and inventory performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement and inventory management, preferably in an automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
