Talent Acquisition Role at TalentCru

TalentCru offers a unique opportunity for a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team in the Western Cape.

This position requires a strong focus on sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, particularly those with disabilities, to meet the diverse needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will leverage multiple channels and strategies to create a robust pipeline of potential candidates and maintain an efficient database system.

  • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
  • Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, including candidate sourcing and screening, and engagement.
  • Experience in university, school, or learning institution networking is advantageous.

Sourcing Strategy:

  • Implement effective sourcing channels to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of suitable candidates aligned to EAP targets and client needs.
  • Verify all necessary documentation received from candidates.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles through initial assessments and screenings.
  • Shortlist candidates according to client requirements and facilitate candidate interviews.
  • Ensure adherence to required checks and verifications.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain ongoing communication with candidates to inform them about job opportunities, provide feedback, and foster future relationships.
  • Keep shortlisted candidates updated on the next steps in the recruitment process.

Database Management:

  • Maintain an up-to-date and organized candidate database, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records of candidate profiles, qualifications, skills, and contact information.
  • Systematically handle and store recruitment documentation.
  • Complete required monthly reports.

Networking:

  • Nurture relationships with industry professionals, alumni networks, and other sources to expand the pool of potential candidates and referrals.
  • Distribute marketing materials to relevant stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute regular engagement sessions and advertising campaigns with the network.
  • Furnish the network with feedback on referred candidates.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and preferences.
  • Provide timely support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

Market Research

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to adapt sourcing strategies and identify emerging talent pools.

Metrics Tracking

  • Analyze sourcing metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and suggest improvements.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies regarding candidate data privacy, equal employment opportunity, and other relevant matters.
  • Guarantee completeness of candidate files and their submission within deadlines.

The estimated salary for this role is around R320,000 - R420,000 per annum, considering the location and industry standards.
