At Finding Personnel, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote our innovative platform to automotive dealers. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to drive business growth and develop relationships with dealers in the automotive industry.

Job Description:

  • Promote and sell our client's platform to automotive dealers, increasing the dealer customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing dealers.
  • Actively seek out and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify potential opportunities for business growth.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the sale.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and dealer events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance.

Requirements:

  • A grade 12 completion is a must.
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • An automotive background/knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently without the need for micro-management.
  • A highly motivated, honest, and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic.
  • The ability to meet sales targets and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in business development is an advantage.
  • Training will be provided, but the ability to learn quickly and adapt is essential.
