As a Credit Sales Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales agents to meet credit sales and customer service goals. Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Credit Application and Approval Management: You will be responsible for managing credit applications and approvals, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Customer Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Sales and Credit Goals: You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales and credit goals, identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Credit Solutions: You will offer credit solutions to customers, providing clear and persuasive communication to help them make informed decisions.
  • Customer Account Management: You will manage customer accounts using internal software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Financial Management Background: You will have a strong background in financial management, ideally within the hardware or retail industry.
  • Customer Service Skills: You will possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is R500,000 - R700,000, depending on experience. Benefits and other perks will be discussed during the interview process.
