Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing expert advice, and ensuring seamless client experiences.
Key Skills:
- Advanced fault finding and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hardware and software platforms
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT support
- Grade 12 with A+ and N+ certifications
- ITIL certification advantageous
- MCSE and HP Hardware Certifications advantageous
Work Environment:
This is a contract position for 12 months, working onsite in Richards Bay. Travel is required, and a valid driver's license is necessary.
