About the Role

iSON Xperiences is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and suggest improvements to existing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders on business performance, sales, and marketing metrics.
Requirements
  • Education: Matric or Grade 12. Tertiary education preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a Contact Centre or similar sales and service environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word mostly) Windows. High command of the English language. High level of interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy. Ability to work in a high-pressured environment. Ability to adapt, innovate, and retrain information and ideas quickly. Good interpersonal skills, ability to maintain co-operative working relationships with all levels of staff. Be a competitive but also a team player. High affinity towards the BMW Group brand. Understanding of the Automotive Industry. Understanding of an omnichannel environment.
