Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at HR Genie. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the operations division and head office through recruitment, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively recruit top talent for the operations division and head office.
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably required to support the HR function.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or HR Degree.
  • Strong HR background with a minimum of 2 years post-experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Valid SA Driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Ability to travel as required.
